We had 2 year old stains in our carpet that actually came out, we were amazed. Our tile looks brand new and it all only took a few hours for them to finish. There was no wet residue left over which allowed our 3 year old and dog to play as usual immediately after the cleaning. We are grateful for the service and would call on Hard Surface Masters again. Thanks a lot for everything, Tania Marrero - 07-13-2009 I tried to clean my floors myself. I rented a machine, spent $$$ on specialty cleaners from the internet, all to no avail. My porcelain floors had a seal that was just impossible to remove. The grout lines were incredibly dingy and filled with dirt and grime. After Glenn was through with my floors, I had a brighter house. The true colors of the tile came out, the grout lines were bright. You could feel the difference when you walked on the floors with your bare feet. I couldn’t be happier. Glenn was courteous, professional, diligent, prompt to do the work, and very neat. I would highly recommend his services to anyone with a similar predicament. - |
